I would like to create a new thread for our suggestion to McHale and the rockets to prepare the last 5 games of the season.

I noticed that every opponent started to attack our rim due to the week defensive combination of Scola and Patterson. They got either easy free throws or easy baskets when they were in the attacking mode. How to protect the rim? hope we can provide our suggestions...

Its very simple. Scola and Patterson are both 6'9, but the rim is 10 feet high. Clearly, we're lacking height with them in the game. The solution is obvious. Patterson needs to carry Scola on his shoulders. Together, they should be over 8-feet tall. Of course, Sco-Pat won't be very mobile, but then again neither was Yao.

Out of curiosity, is there anything in the rules prohibiting any player to use another player as leverage like jumping off the back of another player or carrying him?

My team and I actually ran an out of bounds baseline play once where we started in a stack like formation and then turned it into a rugby union lineout (not sure if some of you will know what that is!). I was lifted in the air, already facing the basket, and received the pass and took a shot from just outside the key. I missed it but the refs didn't actually call anything (I think they were stunned). I don't know what they could call though because it's defiantly not a travel as I never came down with ball. It could potentially be called an illegal screen I guess or maybe even an unsportsmanlike play, I'm not too sure. We were up big so it didn't matter, but I've always been curious as well.
