He obviously is nowhere near as good. I suggest we sign Landry and his passion in the offseason and ship ppats broke ass out to move up in the draft.
i suggest we trade everyone for a bag of peanuts even our gm treats players as assets, man, if ur neighbour treats their kids as assets, who are you to treat them like your own babies? "his passion" yea i bet we'd be champions every single year in the "passion" rankings
What do you propose we do with Patterson if Motiejunas comes over & beats him out for a spot in the rotation? no point in him warming the bench!
He is no good, DD. Even if Post got his shot back, he plays much smaller than his size. Give me Hayes or Landry any of the week and twice on Sundays. Now, those two are tough hombres.
I suggest we sign Landry this offseason and ship out Scola while he still has trade value. At this point in their respective careers, Landry is the superior player to Scola. And we can still get good value in young talent, picks for Scola. Patterson meanwhile, has low trade value right now, but he still has high developmental potential. He is already far superior to Scola on the defensive end and he has potential to develop a true post up game and hopefully extend his jump shooting range and efficiency. Patterson could be next year's most improved player. He's coming off an injury and it obviously has effected his explosion on the blocks. You can't have too many good, young bigs.
I agree on this. I like Scola's attitude and all but his athleticism's falling like an anvil and he's tied up til 14! I wouldn't mind getting lower perceived trade value because, chances are, they'll be worth more than what Scola'll be just months after kinda what happened with T-Mac for Prince and Billups.
Hey DD, No matter what you say, they want listen... I hear what you're saying and i've been saying this... Let the man go thru a summer of rehab and an offseason to expand his game. If he still has not improved then throw him to the wolves. T_Man
Not sure if I really saw him as a Landry type, Landry had a bit of 'splosion to him, Patterson is more workmanlike.
