Yea that, even Changes. Its one thing to say maybe tupac wasn't deep, I don't agree, but i'll say thats fine you can buy it. But to call biggie smalls a poet? This guy just did whatever everyone else is doing now. Even his good songs, just went on about he was a drug dealer and now hes rich and famous and wears versace and drives bentley...comparing him to the unique, ground breaking style of Sinatra? Please..Biggie was one of the most overrated I have heard

Get off Big's dick!!!!! Jesus why do we have to have one being better than the other? Why can't they both be talented regardless? Truth is, it is all opinion. If somebody says PAC is better than Big then guess what they are to those people and vice versa. There's really no way you can say on was better than the other as a matter of fact.

    Blasphemy

The guy did what everyone else now is doing because he was one of the first to do it (on a mainstream level) What makes him a poet isn't the fact a lot that he talked about was grit NYC street life yet how we went about it

"Because the streets is a short stop/ Either you're slingin' crack rock or you got a wicked jumpshot"

That one simple line summarized the lives/mind set of many and connected with millions. If you have that power, it's poetry. And there's plenty of those lines in his catalogue.

Pac was a poet too. They're both legends and one could best the other depending on the category. Charisma?? work ethic?? Stage presence/performance?? As well as other facets. Pac bested him in. But TECHNICALLY speaking, Big was on a whole nother level as far as rapping compared to Pac. Technically.

They were both overrated due to their untimely deaths.

I have to give it up to Ronny. Honestly, who would consider him the authority on rap/hip hop music (or anything in black culture for that matter)? Yet he has everyone in this thread debating Pac vs. BIG.

The most successful troll in the history of trolling. And, I sincerely mean that as a compliment.

Watched it via the live feed just waiting for Em, but when the Pac image showed up and Gangsta Party was played, I took another hit. Completely awesome. Snoop was stoned as hell too. Dude could barely walk.

Dre needs to finally release his damn album before I read about touring. Although, I doubt I'll have trouble getting high at a concert of Dre/ Snoop. They'll probably give dime bags of dro away at the doors.
