Would you consider a country town the "hood"? I stated what I saw, but the post about a female being beaten up was hypothetical. I heard her scream and didn't see her till she ran off. He had on white was he was easy to see. I should have elaborated more on that part about a woman being potentially assaulted.
Unless I see someone getting physically assaulted beyond capacity, shot or stabbed I wouldn't call the police. Or unless the person was yelling for help. If I just hear some people arguing and some broad just yelling like crazy, I would most likely just look outside, shake my head and then go back to posting on Clutchfans.
