of course they reported the details of your encounter on their police report. they report pretty much everything that happened and your responses. so it wasn't drug related, and you are embarrassed to say it, hmmm....
LOL Zackery your reaction is bringing back some hilarious memories for me when I first started out as a cop in NYC some three decades ago...... more times than not the reaction was from some married guy who had just been caught with a hooker. That said and given it is just a misdemeanor and is more than likely just a fine and some community service (dependent on whatever else you were up to) I would look into the deferred adjudication as across110thstreet advised and stay out of that park at 2am and stop doing whatever it was you were doing in the future.
yea I know I should have been more specific and used a better example.. like jogging/running through a park but deciding to take a break/rest on a bench..
Op, hopefully you were having fun with someone of the opposite sex and not just beating it.. brings back high school memories.. i once had some fun with a girl in HS at this park with a gorgeous view at around 2am in the morning.. we had great memories on a concrete bench.. i remember my ass was freezing but totally worth it.. ahh High School...
