I really hate this trend. You shouldn't be allowed to wear a concert shirt unless you've actually HEARD music by the band on it. You can't tell me she owns any music by Iron Maiden or even Cheap Trick....
Didn't she actually sing "I heard it in a Jay-Z song" without having actually heard any Jay-Z songs. She is easy enough on the eye, a little thin for my tastes....but not bad.
grumpy old men complaining about the t-shirt. There was a time, grandpa, you wouldn't have even noticed the writing on the shirt . On, sorta, topic, Miley's music's not too bad. (not counting the Nirvana cover). As the father of an 8yo girl, I can assure you there's a LOT worse out there -- her's is at least poppy background music that doesn't grate too much. If it makes my daughter smile and dance, and is not too cringewothy, then it's good in my book.
In the same vein, is she the one singing something like driving on a mustang listening to Radiohead? NVM. That's Katy Perry, that songs annoys the hell out of me. I did enjoy the Radiohead diss the Cyrus got a couple years back.
Party in the USA she says and Jay Z song is on and the Jay Z song is on. In an interview she said she had never listened to Jay Z.
Whats the big deal? Singers talk about stuff they never did all the time. Every rapper in the world is a liar- "I sold cocaine, then shot the person I sold cocaine to! Pimped a girl on the corner, made her eat doodoo!"
