same here. at this point, i just dont care like i used to, and im not alone if attendance figures mean anything. when entertainment stops being entertaining, you gotta find something new. say all you want about bandwagons and fairweathers, but people have better things to do with their time than follow mediocre sports products. its why i stopped making time to watch aggie football.
lol you guys have set yourself up for failure by believing this team was anything more that a late lottery team, possible 8th seed, first round exit.. weve been running in place for 3 years with this team and still, many people are against the idea of tanking.. picking 14th every year isnt getting the job done..

Let me get this clear. I do not condone tanking. I do condone us tradin our veterans away for picks and young talent. If we also happen to turn those picks into a higher position come draft through losing while doing so? I condone that direction You call it tanking. I call it completely rebuilding after Yao and Tracy finally.

I dont care how long you have been a fan. If you say "Screw this team" you're a sh!ty fan! A fan is supposed to support the team, right? Well, if you are riding them off after a few bad losses then you aren't supporting them, which you aren't a fan, at least not a good one.
Its not riding them off...its WRITING them off....which I don't think any 20 year fan is doing....thats why they are 20 year fans. They are pissed as a piss poor effort. I don't live in the land of lollipops and sugar fairies. I want an EFFORT. Thats all. Its not too much to ask. Oh and who the hell made you the arbiter of what a "good" fan is?
