I'm currently looking for a good real estate broker. Anyone here have experience working for any and have any suggestions for someone new to the business?
Only advice I have is to make sure you have 4 - 6 months reserves when you first start out. Go with a Broker that will teach you. Not one that is there to collect your money and not teach you anything. Interview with as many as you can and find one you feel comfortable with. Once you get a hang of things go to a brokerage that charges less but is still there when you need them. It's gonna be hard at first, but you can do it. And it's best to do it full time, not part time.
