Obviously the A380 is taller but I'm sure the thrust from 2 extra engines would still be enough to make her airborne.

Those Princess Juliana Airport landings are some of the coolest things ever. I remember the first time I saw them, I thought they were fake. lol.

I was at that spot last June. I stood there as the planes landed. You could throw a rock and hit the planes at they landed.

There were no planes taking off at that spot when I was there.

 

Because there arent any Red Lobsters near the airport.

Anyone care to guess how many 1000s of lbs of thrust a Pratt & Whitney 4000 or a Rolls Royce RB211 puts out on take off?

It's pretty damn stupid to stand behind a jet on take off. I can't believe they don't have some kind of blast fence there.

Was the guy standing behind her at the fence or did the angle make it look that way? He wasn't one of people running to help her or with her in the photo with the cop.
