Haha, why did you put his name in quotes? Is Mr. Holder a pseudonym? Do you not think that is his real name? Whatever happened to 'bassoing' propaganda threads with oversized images? I miss that.

Please point out any convictions for out of control voter fraud. The only crimes I see are the ones being committed to disenfranchise voters with unconstitutional voter ID laws and suppression of voter rights by our conservative brothers in congress and state legislatures.
than don't ask questions. lol he used holder's name to vote he was not the real eric holder so "mr holder" was doing his civic duty
Life of Crime As usual, it seems like the main source of vote fraud in the USA is James O’Keefe’s pranks. -- Josh Marshall
Voter fraud isn't detected. That's the whole point of the video. This went over your head just as it went over Holder's. The government does everything in it's power not to catch voter fraud and then when they don't catch voter fraud they say 'must not be any voter fraud so no need to try to prevent it'. Idiots. If you really want Mark and I can raddle off some Acorn voter fraud instances for you.
Voting is a constitutional right. Buying a gun in a constitutional right. Requiring an ID to vote is unconstitutional. Therefore, requiring an ID to buy a gun must also be unconstitutional.
No, you can't because ACORN didn't engage in voter fraud. They did turn in some likely fraudulent voter registration cards because by law they have to turn in every single card that is filled out even if they KNOW it is fraudulent. This is the reason that they went a step further than they had to and turned in two piles of cards, one pile that was what they believed to be valid cards and one that they believed were fraudulent (those with Woody Woodpecker as the name, for example). Of course, you would know this if you actually investigated the things you see on Fox.
Why? If this guy committed voter fraud and voted as Eric Holder, then when the actual Eric Holder came by to vote and discovered that he'd already voted, you'd know there was fraud going on. This stunt would be fairly easy to detect if he actually went through with it.
Acorn did voter *registration* fraud - which is a very different thing. And the reason is pretty easy to see: they paid low-wage people by the registration. It wasn't intentional voter fraud - it was simply a stupid incentive system, followed by laws that required them to turn in the fraudulent registrations. The GOP is spending a lot of time and effort on a problem that they still can't demonstrate exists.
What if the person didn't vote? What's the percentage of eligible voters that don't vote, especially in non-presidential elections?
I would say about 50% vote (just a guess) for Presidential elections. So in that case, you'd identify the fraud half the time. If this is the big problem the GOP claims it to be, you'd have plenty of evidence of it occurring. It would also be extremely highly labor intensive, since you'd need a different person to act as each voter you want to pretend you are. You'd also have to get lucky enough to find a voter clerk that doesn't ask for an ID or voter registration card (which is not normal - I believe you do need one or the other as it is, so this clerk was already violating the law). It's fascinating that THIS is the cause the GOP has rallied around, despite far more evidence that voting machines without printed receipts as a backup are far easier to hack and manipulate on a large scale - but no concern at all about that possibility from the GOP.
Supposedly these are in locations where IDs aren't required. If you required IDs, than that changes the likely hood of fraud. You're right that this isn't very feasible on a large scale. I would hardly consider this a major problem, but we should require IDs.
