    The 94/95 Lakers had only one (borderline) All Star (Ced Ceballos) and won a series.

    Michael Redd fragile ass doesn't count, he played like 18 games that year and 10 the next.

    What about those years Melo continued to not make the all-star for the Nuggets.

    Or was Michael Redd, Elton Brand, and Baron Davis on those teams?

    I like the fact that we are currently starting 3 2nd round picks. With a 4th 2nd rounder in the rotation. Aside from our oldest player who was picked #2 overall in 96, the highest drafted player in our rotation is Patterson, a 14th pick.

    Camby was the former defensive player of the year, which should be a better reward than all star.

    Were they even in the top 8 when they traded Melo? Their win % without Melo was much better IIRC.

    Furthermore, there was a Raptor team which lost Bosh late into the season out of the playoff picture and made the postseason as an eight seed.
