Tracy McGrady, ldo Seriously though the only piece we need is a Superstar, and it isn't up to us. If any Superstar wants to come here, that is what we need to get. Also resign Dragic.
thats what i was thinking to be honest....i mean a good real deal...i think hes testin if we want him back lol hes going to each team only for 1 year deal...and he still lives here and hes getting better not alot of playin time..he isnt the real him but he can score still...I miss the old tmac damn..=/
I'd like to re-sign our own free agents. Add draft picks and Motijunas and go from there. No one else is signing with us, we're going to have to trade for our "star" player like we did with Gasol.
If it were up to me, I'd stock up on young and ambitious guys through draft and trade for two B-rate all stars when available in a team in need. Like I'd wait it out for Igoudala and Albridge's respective teams are in a rut and get those guys. Pair em with Dragic, parsons, Morris, lee and Patterson
^^ I agree with signing T-Mac, he will be our short term superstar. 13 points in 33 minutes! We should be the favorites in the west
I'd like Grant Hill, he can be a very nice addition our SG spot (if Martin doesn't continue sucking that is)
I wouldn't even look to get anymore free agents. That time for the Rockets has passed. Time to go all out in this and future drafts. We currently have a team climbing in the standings where before, they were falling. The writing is on the wall. Certain Rockets should no longer be Rockets come draft time.
Grants Hills Knees arent worth the risk. I agree with the picks+D-mo for a trade, hell throw kmart in as well.
Believe it or not, James Harden came to the "James Harden Beard Night" at ASU (where he graduated from) and we sat and talked about basketball and his future for about 10 minutes. He only see's him self in very few markets. OKC/LAL and he did say that Houston was a place he could consider home in the future however he never mentioned the Rockets as a franchise. The guy is extremely humble and down to earth.
