    Yup, I don't understand how you put up with a guy like that on the team. You'd think the coach would teach him a lesson like have him come off the bench the next game especially with how many times he's done these types of things.

    You can tell by the bench reaction they were all goading him into that tech and sure enough, he was dumb enough to oblige. (

    Bench reaction was awesome by the way.)

    I halfway believe that Mchale told his guys to find ways to get under Bynum's thin skin.
