What they switched was the seeding of the 1-4. Before it was based on division winners with 1-4. Now if you have a team that has the 2nd best record in that conference in the same division, they can move up to the 2 seed. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2537369 I honestly don't really get rewarding division leaders when they're record is worse than the 5th and lower seeds but it is what it is.
The problem with that is, if you have a bad division (which doesn't always happen but it's possible to happen some years), you're giving home court advantage to a team who has less wins than the team with the better record. I always hated that in the NFL and NBA.
Wow. Blake pretty much held Cousins on every play and yet no call. Blake gets away with SO MUCH in terms of fouls.
