    yep, also organic foods have more nutrient dense, enzymes, and are richer for you. same goes for milk and all of it. but some here seem to be convinced I will get diarreah because of this(despite myself and many I know who have gone to a no processed food diet having no issuese, feeling amazing to the contrary!)

    flavonoid-rich food have nothing to do with what's "organic" what's not. I am not sure what you are getting at?
