Only in America can elitist politicians curry votes from the rabble by turning "higher education" into an offensive term.

"Look at him. He went to Harvard. What a horrible person!"

Mao's China went after the rich. He would gain support by hanging the richest citizens in a town center and distributing his money to everyone else.

That too. And flowers, birds, blades of grass, et cetera, et multi alia. I didn't type the word "exclusively," and I hope this helps your future reading pleasure and efficiency.

This has become Mitt's rather obvious (and rather stupid) strategy: Everything you can bust on him for he will bust on Obama first. "Too much time at Harvard?" Check. "Out of touch?" Amazing, but check. "Individual mandates or insuring the uninsured?" Checkity check check check.

Next he'll start saying Obama is too Mormon to be president. Or too rich.

    nope

Obama was too arrogant to bother to check to see if the mandate was legal under the Constitution. Thankfully we have the Supreme Court to b!tch slap him.

It's funny cause RomneyCare in MA has the exact same individual mandate.

There aren't too many things upon which we can rely in this world but here is one.

If bigtexxx (alias Trader George) says "nope" you can bet the answer is "yep."

No more excuses from the liberal band of excuse champions!

That doesn't excuse Obama for thinking he's above the Constitution!

Time for the Supreme Court to hold court!

Tell it to the court, son

Obama should have considered the Constitution before thinking he's king again

When Obama resorts to attempting to shamefully intimidate the SCOTUS, you can guess where the court could be heading

but you're right, we should give Obama and his Chicago style goons more time to work it

Umm, Mao actually had a rich and powerful inner circle...then he turned on them too. Dude was just paranoid and thought that constant revolution was the only way to govern. It's kind of dumb to be trying to correlate Maoist China to Obama, but then again, it's kind of dumb for me to try to have a reasonable discussion with a troll. I'm no fan of Obama, but stop trying to butcher history that's not relevant to the president just to make an attack.

Mao was against education, the old regime, then his inner circle, then anyone who said anything bad. There was no wealth distribution...there was no wealth. There was a failed attempt at national steel on a grass roots level. It was just craziness all around...I'll try to find my old books on China history, but I know you don't care.

 I didn't try to compare Mao to anyone. I was responding to the other gentleman's comment (The guy comparing Romney to Mao). I guess in your view he was also comparing Mao to Obama since he agreed with my commment . Get your head out of your ass.

Bush: "For the judiciary, resisting this temptation is particularly important, because it's the only branch that is unelected and whose officers serve for life. Unfortunately, some judges give in to temptation and make law instead of interpreting. Such judicial lawlessness is a threat to our democracy -- and it needs to stop."

Gingrich: suggested abolishing activist courts and sending US Marshalls after some of them.

Cornyn: " there may be some connection between the perception in some quarters on some occasions where judges are making political decisions yet are unaccountable to the public, that it builds up and builds up and builds up to the point where some people engage in violence." ... "It causes a lot of people, including me, great distress to see judges use the authority they have been given to make raw political or ideological decisions."

You really should do your homework before regurgitating the latest GOP attack line you hear. It's particularly amusing from the party that has railed against judicial activism for the last couple of decades.
