Didn't want this to be a thread by itself, so I'll get started. UNC Hoops @UNC_Basketball James Michael McAdoo to Return to UNC for 2012-13 season is.gd/jIOg2X #UNCBBall
McAdoo staying in UNC Smart move on his part. He can shine next year as a starter and raise his stock.
yeah, good for him ...sucks for us. Was hoping he'd push down another good player. Kid could be a top 5 pick next year in what may be a really shallow draft.
More players Trey Burke returning to school: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/campusrivalry/post/2012/04/trey-burke-to-return-to-michigan-for-sophomore-season/1#.T4MgDftWqAo CJ McCollum returning to school: http://aol.sportingnews.com/ncaa-basketball/story/2012-04-09/cj-mccollum-lehigh-nba-draft-staying I saw it on http://nbadraft.net/forum/update-nba-prospects
Tony Mitchell is returning to school Tony Mitchell http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/blog/eye-on-college-basketball/18422765/north-texas-freshman-tony-mitchell-staying-in-school Tony Mitchell is returning as well. He was 1st rounder...oh well.
Since we are not likley to have that Dallas pick, I'm glad he's returning. Really like this kid. Was convinced some team was gonna get a steal late in the 1st round.
Mason Plumlee, Christian Watford, Cody Zeller, BJ Young http://www.greenwichtime.com/sports/article/Mason-Plumlee-returning-to-Duke-for-senior-year-3471780.php#ixzz1rfDkULz7 Mason Plumlee Another last 1st rounder to early 2nd rounder going back to school. Probably to increase stock and might as well get that degree. Duke will be a top team again only losing two players: Miles Plumlee and Austin Rivers. Any top recruits committing to Duke next season? http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/7795414/christian-watford-cody-zeller-returning-indiana-hoosiers Christian Watford, Cody Zeller return If Cody would have entered that would have made the lottery that much better. Oh well...better from him...I guess. Indiana sure to make some noise. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/arkansas-freshman-young-returning-school-023544869--ncaab.html BJ Young Another 1st rounder(maybe lottery) to 2013.
Zeller and Watford returning makes me happy beyond belief. No reason Indiana shouldn't be legit title contenders. Stoked!!
Quincy Miller returning http://baylorlariat.com/2012/04/10/miller-stays-another-year-at-baylor/ Miller stays another year at Baylor; Jones III departs I believe this was stated in the Baylor thread but for those that didn't see it...voila. Q.Miller staying at Baylor. He needs to so he can continue to improve his stock after that knee injury. Prove he can get back on the lottery track.
Wonder now that UNT's head coach is gone, if Mitchell regrets going back. Can he still declare for the draft after saying he would return?
Jonathan Givony @DraftExpress Does this push Tony Mitchell to declare for the draft now? Has until the 29th. RT @GoodmanCBS LSU has hired North Texas coach Johnny Jones. Givony answered my question a few minutes after I asked it. Interested to see what happens.
Jonathan Givony @DraftExpress North Texas' Tony Mitchell almost certainly going pro I'm told. One of the assistants getting head job could change his mind, but unlikely.
Conflicted I am conflicted now. If the Rockets are giving up their pick this year to New Jersey I want this draft to become LESS deep simply because Morey can't work his magic in the first round with only one pick. We got Donatas because we had two picks. I think we could get another steal if he gets another pick. So I want Tony Mitchell to turn pro this year if...Rockets get at least another pick. Not to draft him necessarily but for him to make this 2012 draft class that much better.
Marc J. Spears @SpearsNBAYahoo Junior forward Tony Mitchell has decided to enter the NBA Draft after receiving release from Alabama recently, source tells Yahoo! Sports.
Both Tony Mitchells in Draft So both Tony Mitchell's are entering the draft? Would be funny if some confusion on draft night.
All five UK players -- Anthony Davis, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Terrence Jones, Marquis Teague & Doron Lamb -- ARE NOT returning to school.
