I was curious about this as well, I love zombie games and Red Dead but just curious if anyone has played the game, get some feedback on it.
I got bored with the story mode about half way in, but the zombies are fun. Not hard, butlits of fun to play online
I would get it. It might be the best aspect of the game. here is a story mode to it as well, I just have not played it much. Its really a lot of fun if you play with a fun team. Big maps, lots of zombies. Once you reach the end of the levels, they just spawn nonstop and it is a blood bath. Its a lot of fun, much more than I thought it would be. I am a big fan of Left 4 Dead and find most zombie add-ons useless and gimmicky, but this one is not
Get with the times, friend. Also try the add-on Undead Nightmare. It's a very cool b-movie take on things.
I enjoyed the undead nightmare add-on more than the original game. The game, while great, I felt was too side-quest heavy. The main storyline was too short for my taste.
I know, am kinda lazy. I have a Gamestop like 200m away from University but am to lazy to go there. Buyin online I'd have to provide them with my ID, am too lazy for that, too. It's a circle of unbelievable laziness.
Too short? Really? I guess I spent a good bit of time doing side quests and what not. Taming horses was awesome. Undead nightmare was very interesting after going through the rather serious RDR campaign. With all of the campy humor and dumb mythical creatures I thought it was a really cool take.
Yes. I hate side questing. "Sandboxing" is different and very enjoyable to me (i.e. taming horses, hunting, etc.), but I blazed through the main storyline VERY quickly.
I enjoyed the hunter missions... the gathering and the other ones, not so much. I thought finding Khan the Jaguar, the bear, and all the other "top" animals was a lot of fun. I can also spend a few hours running from bears in the mountains. Pathetically entertaining
