So would I. He lucked out in the criminal trial but there is zero to infinitesimally small doubt in my mind as to what happened that night at Nicole's front door. I guess the civil right he denied to Nicole was her right to life... Different burden of proof in the two trials. I can't say the same thing about the Zimmerman-Trayvon tragedy. It is way more complicated on the criminal side. It may be a slam-dunk on the civil side. GZ still has to be charged with something.
If and when Zimmerman gets charged with something, I hope he has a fair trial. OJ got off and that was much more open and shut as a Murder trial than this will be. There is no doubt that GZ killed Trayvon: he will tell you that himself. But is it Murder? That's a different matter. Is it Manslaughter? Another matter. Is it Self Defense? Another matter. In all cases, Trayvon is dead. OJ never confessed during either trial to even being there at the scene. In fact, he claims to have been out of town and, in fact, was out of town later that night. Didn't the chauffeur testify as to his state of being on the way to the airport (after the killings)?

The dispatch said "We don't need you to do that (follow)...." That's not an order. In fact, I'm not even sure if police dispatch has any power whatsoever. So GZ may be guilty of ignoring a constructive suggestion. Why don't you explain to us how killing is the same as murdering... if you think there is no discernible difference? You need to back up some of these criticisms that you offer.
