Very encouraging. Knicks have lost Lin for rest of the season. Davis is injury prone, Stat's kinda fragile too. JJ is out too. Very encouraging indeed. The Bucks hopes ride on Ellis, hope he can pull it off.
Damn it. I was hoping the Knicks wouldn't play up to their talent level of slightly-above-average team until next year, when there are no more pick obligations. But at this rate our pick might drop a couple of spots. Then again, I thought this pick would be around 20 when the season started. So I guess anything better is pretty much a bonus.
Honestly I'm just happy we're getting the pick THIS year. Considering Morey's recent work with 20 and below draft picks I think we're gonna get a real sleeper.
Last year the 9th seed in the East actually ended up with the 10th pick in the draft since the conference was so weak This year, there's not much difference if the Knicks are 8th or 9th seed, that's either going to be around 14th or 15th pick. Unless lotto teams like PHX/POR/MIN/UTA/DEN overtake the Knicks, whether they drop out of the playoffs or not doesn't really matter. Best case realistic scenario is if NYK ends up at the bottom of this group, they would have the 10th pick: Only Portland is tanking, everyone else is trying to win, so that's realistic.
well the next 3 games should tell whether bucks will over take the nicks. I think the knicks will loose the next 3 in a row and the bucks will win the next 3 if that happens the bucks will be a half game or game ahead of the knicks. Then the rest of the season should be at works a wash both teams going 500 and the bucks winning by a game or game and a half.
Actually Portland is playing hard right now. Since the trade they've been 5-6 beating Memphjs Chicago and Minny and playing the lakers close till the end. The only team that blew them out as of late is the thunder and that was without Felton. They almost beat the clippers without LMA and had a 3 point lead against the Jazz with under 2 minutes.
Their next 4 out of 5 are on the road and all of which are against Eastern Conf Playoff teams/contenders lets see some L's start piling up

The Knicks just blew out the Magic by 40 points a few days ago I think the Magic may win this time, but im predicting the worst
I see he is listed as day to day... I hope he somehow plays against NYK. Without him, Orlando is crap.
