I'm pretty disciplined in avoiding some fatty foods but what really has me beat are Cheezits and Nacho Cheese Doritos. Ahhhh, those things are crack.

I'd much rather have salty/savory over sweet so most of my guilt lies there. Chips and salsa, salt and vinegar chips, chee-tos, steak, and sushi/sashimi are my downfall.

bacon is not bad for you. You have no reason to feel guilty. You have my blessing

My guilty pleasure would be muffins.

Bacon is saturated fat which is good for you. The FDA pushed it was bad back in the 60s-70s and that got debunked. Trans fats (vegetable oil) are bad

sodium nitrates aren't good for you but they aren't that bad either.

Budweiser. I try to drink light beer but I just love it too much. Chips salsa/queso always gets me. Every Friday on my drive back from Austin I always stop at either WhataBurger or Wendeys :/.

Craft beer. I don't even want to know how many calories there are in them.

All I can contribute to this thread is that every since I started eating extremely healthy a year ago every time I have a little bit of Pizza or something sweet like Pie I feel sick and terrible, so it's to the point where I never even eat that anymore.

I must say though the Chicken Parmesan from Subway has gotten to me lately.

Peanut butter. When we have a jar in my house, it calls out to me in the evening and I can't resist.

One recent thing is double fillet-o-fish sandwiches from McDonalds.

When I travel domestically, Blizzards from DQ and Snickers bars. I never eat these in town.
