I'm sure this is what Kobe said: "I don't give a sh****, gimme the f***** ball."

Pau simply nods. The daddy-son relationship continues.

Kobe or Pau: Who would you rather have at the freethrow line to seal a game?

Pau could have gotten that to KB24.

It's not about who should get the ball. It's about Pau's weak mentality that has seen his game/stature fall off the past year and a half.

It doesn't bother me one bit that Kobe does this, hell, all I ever wanted was for a coach or player or someone to yell at T-Mac when he was shooting too many jumpers or not crashing the glass. But it killllllssss me that Pau puts up with it, that's the kicker. Grow a pair, you're a man for Christ's sake.

This is Kobe's team and that's his mentality, any and every superstar that is on that team will play second fiddle to him.

Superstars that don't want that to happen, like Dwight, will just stay away from the Lakers.

That's silly. What's he supposed to do, start arguing right before he needs to shoot two pressure free throws?

More reason to not want Pau at the freethrow line near the end of the game.

Kobe may not win another championship in his career, but he isn't going to give up being the man. That's his mentality and he'll win or lose with it.

Kobe is a selfish player. So was MJ. But you can't argue against their records. They are winners.

Ron Artest. That's why the Lakers signed him.
    Same with Matt Barnes.
Same with Bynum (he would have loved to elbow Kobe if he was on a different team)

Who says he should argue/talk back? He could simply said, "I got this." Again, the decline in his game has more to do with his head, rather than his game.

Bynum. You don't see Kobe do any of that stuff to Bynum. And you saw Bynum's tactics recently. If you saw the game last night, when Kobe refused to pass the ball in the first quarter, Bynum threw up his arms several times in disgust.

I really don't see much of a decline in Pau Gasol's game.

The only real drop is the two points per game, which coincides with his drop in FTA.

Other than that he is doing pretty well.

I don't see much of a problem with this, surprisingly.
