If you watch it from the very beginning, you can see they both clearly share some words...the biker stops before he fully passes the person's car and the driver side window is down. You can also see that the car is essentially on the line (intentional or not, I can't tell).

The biker was a douche for kicking her car, even if she intentionally tried to block his way. But the fact that she tried to run him over with her car the first time is in a whole different realm of legality, in my non-legal opinion.

Why cant you just wait in traffic like everyone else? Why do you have to split through the lanes? I mean, that itself is a dangerous act. It doesnt seem safe at all. There is a reason why roads are marked for separate lanes. If everyone stays within their lanes, that helps elimate a lot of problems. You wouldn't have to worry about squeezing through and getting hit while doing it if you just waited in the traffic line like everyone else. Seems pretty simple to me.

I'd like to sum that video up:

Biker dude is a douchebag and the driver is a crazy b****. Both shouldn't be on the road.

    The end. You're welcome.

most bikes are air cooled. moving stops them from over heating.

slowly riding between cars is safer than actually waiting to be nailed from behind. form of defensive driving... something bikers have to be super aware of or die.

Cars should be outlawed. All citizens should have to ride motorcycles.

If I was living in Cali for years and riding a crotch rocket I MIGHT get into the habit of riding between the cars.

As it stands when I visit the state I'm in awe of the riders out there. My fear is, like some said earlier, some idiot throws open the door without looking. Also, my old Road King wouldn't fit  and my Trike definitely wouldn't fit.

So no, I'm not into it but will fight for the Cali boys to ride how the laws allows them.

In the end, Ankor, the law allows us to ride a certain way. When Cali says riders can't split traffic anymore, fine. If Texas says I must wear a helmet, fine. I'll don the helmet. No big deal to follow the rules...we all follow some kind of rule.
But till then share the road or write your senator.

You can scream and whine all you want at me on the road. You can do everything but get physical, etc., but if you touch me or my property, I'll run your *ss over, sir. I'm kidding, of course... I won't run you over, just take a photo of you or your car and subpoena you to fix my damage.

It's a woman. At :49 you see her with her b00bs hanging coming out of the hatchback, and at :51 you see her step out.

When the guy got PHYSICAL was when it turned badly.

FYI, ignore insults, screams, and offensive stuff from road-ragers... but  don't touch other people's property without their permission.

There are 3 things that I will NEVER let my son (he's 3 right now) do:

    1) Get a tattoo
    2) Get an earring
    3) Ride a motorcycle :p

Woman is nuts but the biker is a serious douche. Did you see him try to rip the door open? What if he would have succeeded? He likely would have started wailing on her.

why do you all think it's so bad to lane split. do you realize how hot it is in the texas or florida summers with leather gear on? you'll get heat stroke if you aren't moving. ignorant people don't understand this and flip out because they are stupid

It most certainly can be both, and probably IS! What I'm saying is that people are justifying the drivers actions.

She was PO'd because he got ahead of her - Douche attitude

She tried to block him - Douche move

He kicked her car - Douche move

She tried to run him over - Ridiculous.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, but not in this case, they are obviously both in the wrong here, but her so more than him.

Bravo to the lady in this video. I've always wanted to run over bikers who cut in front of cars by riding it between the lanes.

Does it make you feel inadequate when they do that?

I just don't see the problem with them nipping through when there is a jam, that's probably one of the reasons they bought a bike....

Then don't get a motorcycle if you can't handle using it?

While I don't subscribe to the heat issue as a reason to split traffic (you can't do it in the other 49 states) but I got to ask, are you a rider...or a loud mouth passenger who knows absolutely NOTHING about riding a bike?
