Do you believe george zimmerman should be in jail?

there is way too much speculation going on in this case. the only thing we know for sure is that zimmerman hunted trayvon down and killed him.

 

I think people are too quick to blame the media. If this really was all the media's fault we wouldn't have the reports that Zimmerman was questioned further.

I think if the media wasn't reporting on the story until say a grand jury indictment came down, or not, this would be much more fishy. The media as a whole is reporting the information as it comes out.

 

That's strange, I thought the only thing we knew for sure was that a 6'3" black 17 year old young man savagely attacked a 5'9" out of shape man on neighborhood watch with out provocation attempting to murder him by slamming the back of the mans head on a concrete. The older man was only able to save his own life by pulling out his pistol and shooting the young man who died of his gunshot wound.

See we can all spin this however we want. Don't be a thug by unlawfully attacking me and I will never pull my gun and shoot you.

 

You're missing a lot. Open your eyes to the bias that's going on in the media. For CNN to continue to post "11 year old Hollister" and Zimmerman's mugshot (from where charges were dismissed) is clear bias. It was also biased for the media to use subjective descriptors such as "vigilante" and "overzealous neighborhood watch captain".

I can't believe you cannot see that. You're not being objective.

What else do you call someone who's called 911 as many times as Zimmerman has and who ignored instructions from trained professionals like he did. Going after Martin when explicitly told otherwise (regardless of his right to do so) is absolutely overzealous.

I'm guessing Zimmerman thought of himself as a vigilante before he killed Martin.

Nope. I'm agreeing that it's all speculation. Thegary is claiming that Zimmerman hunted down and killed Treyvon. He cares nothing about facts and is biased. I am happy to see Zimmerman prosecuted when there is enough evidence to do so.
