no headlight was kicked out...watch again. he hits the side of the car.

He's looking straight into the driver's side window as he attempts to roll between the cars. Clearly makes eye contact.

I don't think the legality of lane sharing/splitting in the US was brought up solely in reference to what happened in the video (which definitely appeared to be in another country). I felt like it was brought up as a response to us (Americans) calling bikers douche bags for doing it here.

    But I could be wrong.

Yep that's when he notices it's a women and stops to confront and escalate. If it was a man he would have gave a look, kept on trucking and not kicked the car imo.

It looks like he definitely broke something when he kicked her car. You can see a piece of plastic/glass fly off...

Why isn't anyone saying how careless the driver was and could have seriously harmed a pedestrian as well?

She should have thought of that before she tried to run him over the FIRST time.

It's like hitting someone with a baseball bat in the head, then he gets up and comes at you so your shoot him while wearing full body harmor, because you're worried he has a weapon????

The first run down had potential for major harm. The second run down was careless and had zero care for the safety of anyone on the streets or otherwise, and was clearly meant to do serious bodily harm.

I went back and skimmed the thread after this post, and found many instances of people saying it was her fault, she will likely face charges, her actions were uncalled for, she was stupid, she disregarded the safety of others, attempted to kill the guy, etc.

Looks like you've made up your mind and refuse to look at things from the woman's point of view.

Oh well, at least the biker learned that he can't just go around damaging other peoples' property.

How can you possibly have deduced that she thought he had a weapon? That's just a random guess. She purposely put her car in the center to stop him from passing legally because she has roadrage/anger issues. Fact. After she hit him with the car, she floored it a second time, right into the sidewalk where she could have killed anybody walking down the street.

Lady should be thrown in jail for general craziness.
Biker should be thrown in jail for general douchiness.

    Win-win ... win

    Very easy.

After getting hit by the car, the biker was thrown a safe distance away. After getting up, he chose to cover the distance and confront the woman.

If you see a big, angry biker wearing a zipped-up leather jacket and a motorcycle helmet walking towards you menacingly, wouldn't you think he had a weapon somewhere on his person? Especially if you consider the fact that he instigated the "fight" by kicking the car?

The biker kicked the car but that doesnt warrant someone to run you over and put your life on the line. The chick went overboard and is probably the one that is going to get the bigger hammer.

I guess I was just pointing out, in my own way, that if it's legal, shut up about it...unless calling someone a douche bag because you don't understand something is cool.

But yeah, I know, most CF'rs don't care for people who ride motorcycles so maybe I should just expect to hear "douche bag" in this kind of thread.
