I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I never said or "suggested" that strong Judges disallow race as a factor in cases..... then again I have noticed a pattern of you injecting your own biases. I never "suggested" that giving Zimmerman a pass on racism was a good deal for Martin....... again, you are injecting your own biased opinion. I said that if the door of racism is left closed, then the past of Martin is not fair game. In fact, if you bothered to get your head out of your ass, you would read that earlier I said that the past transgressions of Martin should be barred as they are irrelevant. You are correct on the last point.... what the Judge decides before the first witness is sworn in will have a huge bearing on the outcome of the case. The jury will only hear what the Judge allows, often times crucial evidence is barred.
It is not uncommon for the State Attorney to hold off on immediately arresting/charging someone for a crime, especially a serious crime. Typically the matter is investigated more so that more evidence is available for a grand jury.

I don't think that the Sanford PD should have said anything other than the matter has been referred to the DA.... let the DA take the heat for not filing the charges of communicating that they are actively investigating the matter.
No one is supporting TM, he is dead.... this isnt about who supports Martin or Zimmerman. This is about investigating what happened that night and applying the law... Later the issue is whether the law should be amended.
Keep in mind I have my doubts about if Martin was shot while pounding Zimmerman's head into the pavement. That might be the case but it doesn't fit the evidence. Anyway whether Zimmerman thought Martin was armed doesn't help Zimmerman's self-defense claim since Martin wasn't and even if he was Martin clearly engaged Zimmerman using fists rather than a gun.
Typical? How convenient to ignore reality. People don't generally go up to people being "hostile toward them" who are brandishing weapons. It's been pretty well established that Trayvon had it over Zimmerman... until it was over.

You have got to be kidding me. We need more facts right. Where are they? All I've heard is bull**** and unsubstantiated claims.
