try their off the menu item that was a limited time special- the shipley's donut burger.they said they don't make it anymore but if you stop by the 24 hour shipley's which is a few stores down and bring a donut they'll make one for you

Guy's Meat Market is pretty close to my apartment so I go there every other Friday when I'm off. They're only open on weekdays and only serve 200 burgers a day starting at 11:00am. So when they run out, you're SOL.

Good burgers though. They're smoked BBQ burgers so it's a little different which is nice.

 

agreed big time. cool idea to attempt to make your own ketchup, but it's borderline disgusting. and doesn't taste anything like ketchup.

also not a huge fan of their buns.

 

Bernies Burger Bus makes a mean house ketchup. A little on the sweet side, but its good stuff.

 

Burger Guys is legit. The fries are awesome

 

No, actually I'm wondering how you could be a completely different person from the guy who started the Food, Inc thread back in 2009. Seemed like you were healthy and intelligent back then. What happened?

 

I usually hit up the Whataburger that's close by. I'll have to give this place a try.

Weird, I didn't like it that much... Thought it was a bit pricey for the taste. The shake was good.

 

So I'm here right now, waiting on my Sonoma Burger. Did I miss something where my Burger with fries/drink came out to $17????

are they still selling out of Cafe Luz at lunch? That is about as far as I am willing to drive.

 

I went to Burger Guys because of this thread last night. Got the Sonoma burger. $10.83 for JUST THE BURGER.

It was OK. Surprisingly little flavor. I will never go back though.

If I weren't so lazy I would neg rep those in this thread who recommended this place.
