Lyme disease isn't from bed bugs, it's from ticks in outdoor areas. Normally found in the NE, but there is a strain that is found in Texas (STARI). Unless Kyle is an avid outdoor enthusiast who likes to walk in tall grass, that's probably not it.
Yeah, but where did they just have their paintball fun day? I seriously doubt KL has LD - but to clarify - it is not just Stari in Texas. My test was positive for Borrelia B. He definitely has a PICC line? I wonder what antibiotics he has been receiving? Also remembering Jordan Hill. I guess he had a stomach flu, but it landed him in the hospital for fluids and who knows what else. He was reported as saying he had never felt so sick in his life. Why is no info on KL being released? The doctors don't know?
Kyle and the doctors probably agreed to not make it public. Everyone has a right to medical privacy, and Kyle is exercising it. Hope he gets well soon!
I'm not following how paintball is related or relevant What kind of info are you asking about? The cause or when he'll be cleared? They don't know the cause and they have to wait until the 7th, at least, to get a bette idea of his progress...
Reminds me very much of the Jeremy Maclin illness. Mysterious illness being kept very DL which causes the player to lose a bunch of weight and be on antibiotics. Sketch. Hope it's nothing serious.
So the guys played paintball on a manicured lawn? (re: tick exposure - which is doubtful to be KL's mysterious bacterial infection). I thought I had read where KL said the MRI discovered -quite by chance -the cause of his infection. So maybe he knows - maybe he doesn't. If known - I just find it unusual that he just doesn't say - "hey I have xxxx". Whatever - I just hope he recovers soon and for good.
The paintball game was a long time ago. Easily over a month and basically the whole team was there. No one else seems to have this. The MRI didn't actually discover the cause of infection. He was getting an MRI, when the doctor noticed he didn't look well, and sent him to get checked. It had nothing to do with the MRI result.
Guys, I just heard this from someone who knows someone who overheard Morry and McHail talking about Lowrey not being himself but has apparently turned into a ZOMBIE! We have a zombie playing on the Rockets. Apparently that's what was wrong with Thabeet. Explains alot there!
