People who actually look at all the testimony do know who started the altercation. We all know that you aren't interested in the facts. We understand. You've been exposed. Keep trying though. It's funny.
The photographs are being used by both sides to inflame and there is an undercurrent of racism from both sides. Look, Martin was 17 and Zimmerman was 28 .... To me that is more important than various photographs. At 17 I was not an adult.
C'mon texxx, we covered this already and you didn't refute. This was only like 2 pages ago. Zimmerman willfully put himself into a potentially hostile situation ...by his own language. Using his own state of mind, he thought that Martin was a crook and he approached him. At that point, if Martin unleashed a fist bouquet on Zimmerman then It's irrelevant who threw the first punch. Zimmerman approached what he thought was a dangerous person while he was armed. If I see a grizzly bear, I wouldn't approach it unless I was prepared to defend myself. If I do kill the bear, I'm not innocent. The bear was minding its own business until I came along.

Concerning the bumpersticker I doubt it is that popular, I have never seen it before. If you are telling me that some conservatives are racist, you are wasting your time, you cannot convince me of something I know... I never said that many people didn't view Obama as black.. I don't really care other than to point out he is biracial. Concerning the bumper sticker, they found one lady running an Internet site that said it was her third best seller... That doesn't make it a common or popular sticker, there are many tens of thousands of Obama bumper stickers, I have NEVER seen it before, and when they researched it they found only one person selling it... It is insincere to say that it is a popular or best selling bumper sticker.

I an an attorney, and legally this point has little importance.. But personally I have a problem with a 28 year old man following a 17 year old, that as far as we know did nothing wrong. At 17 I would have been scared and not know how the handle the situation well. Regardless of whether Zimmerman acted in self defense, I find it disturbing that he intended to confront a 17 year old that he had now proof had done anything wrong.
Being 17 is no defense. 17 is pretty damn grown and you should no right from wrong. I'm not saying Treyvon did anything wrong but we can not use 17 as a defense period. Plenty of crimes including murder and rape are commited by 17 year old young men unfortunately. There is no evidence that I am aware of that Treyvon falls into this catogory. Just saying to stop trying to make it sound like a grown man taking down a 5 year old kid.
I take it you haven't read all my posts in this thread, there are a number of posters that would say I have cut Zimmerman too much slack. My opinion concerning the age difference has no legal importance.. Having said that, if I were Zimmerman I would fell bad following and attempting to confront a 17 year old that I have no evidence against other than suspicion.
