The other problem with Zimmerman's story is that it doesn't agree with the testimony that we have from Martin's girlfriend that Martin was afraid of Zimmerman. If Zimmerman was retreating why would Martin then attack him from behind?

As I noted earlier the other key piece of evidence I have yet to see is where Martin was shot. Was it the front, back or side?

I really hope that justice is eventually served. That's the bottom-line. This dude needs to get raped in prison.

What we need at the minimum is a trial. I think the evidence shows that Zimmerman didn't act in self-defense but am willing to say there is a possibility he did, either way it has been irresponsible, or biased, of the Sanford PD to not have investigated this fuller when the incident happened.

Even if Zimmerman is found not guilty he still was incredibly irresponsible and Trayvon Martin paid for that with his life.

Need more facts. Surprising that this fact is not out yet, considering that it is one of the easiest to check.

Not defending him, just wanting to see both sides of the facts. And I'm not so sure he's a racist -- his black friend told otherwise this morning on tv....

Well, in that case you should exercise some discretion until this all plays out. I think justice will eventually be served.

And the "I'm not racist -- I have black friends" is the oldest trick in the book. The dude was looking for trouble. You know it. Everyone knows it. Now, just because he's being a B and crying a river to avoid getting gang raped in jail before getting murdered doesn't make him the victim.

Oh yeah bc that's what always happens to guys that can't afford top-notch attorneys

How many times have I posted in this thread? Like 3-4 times now? I don't have an agenda. I do have some common sense though unlike you apparently.

LOL. Exercise some common sense. Do you really think that I meant that? I don't have time to give a ish about losers like this.

It's lame to patrol a neighborhood. Get a damn life. I guess you're ok with it..maybe you're paranoid like this fool.

Yeah I'm not clear that he appointed himself. Apparently there were meetings, a newsletter of some sort, and he's acted in that capacity in the past. They seem to be aware that he's acting in that capicity and condone him acting in that capacity. If he's acting as an agent on behalf of a group and he kills someone then there's culpability for his behavior. Whether he had a concealed permit or not doesn't exempt responsibility for his behavior. I would imagine that housing association is going to be on the hook for any civil suit that gets filed, at least I hope so.

Just trying to even up the playing field, I'm sure this picture is to your liking and you cracked a smile. And basso, yes Trayvon indeed looks physically imposing and strong, look at those massive guns!

Every thing you say doesn't make sense. He had a permit, they are not responsible for him personally (potentially) making a mistake and being criminally liable.

We're going in circles. If you had any common sense, you would know that particular comment was made in jest. You're not good at arguing. I'll revisit this thread in due time to poke fun at you. Carry on.

If he's working on their behalf and they know he's armed, then they're certainly liable. That makes perfect sense.
