What am I missing about this case? So a mexican guy made a bad decision under pressure and shot an innocent black kid, yes its terrible and the guy should be punished but not severely, this wasn't a premeditated murder. The kid just made a bad mistake under pressure. Meanwhile as I type this I am sure some black gang member just shot another black gang member. If black people want to unify and let their voices be heard, you should be trying to find a way to end the black on black violence that plagues you, not these random acts of "perceived racism."
I know, right. I mean, if people can't just shoot someone during an altercation, then what freedom do we have left? This is definitely a case of the left wing media trying to take away our 2nd amendment freedom to settle disputes with guns. The police should just keep their nose out of people's business when they shoot people.

Trayvon lifted his shirt showing his sculpted body, 140 pounds of rock hard muscle, the natty limit at 6'3". "I am NOT skinny brah" Trayvon proudly declared, "these skittles fit into my macros and I have BBC genetics". Trayvon turned and began walking away. George drew his pistol, dialed 911, and began following Trayvon. George soon caught up to Trayvon. But, the walking was hard on his 250 pound body and his labored breathing alerted Trayvon to his presence. Trayvon turned and seeing the pistol, spread his arms and shouted "come at me bro". George pulled the trigger sending a bullet into Trayvon's heart causing it to explode with more force than a thai sauna. The recoil of the pistol sent George's hand flying backwards into his nose breaking it. George fell backwards into a heap and stayed there sobbing until the pigs arrived.
Here is a Tip...how about listening to 911, and letting the police handle it. There was NO immediate threat....until he decided to FOLLOW and confront.

The idea that Martin had Zimmerman on the ground is highly doubtful based on the evidence. I would hope that Martin did somehow to get Zimmerman on the ground, since Martin was attacked by Zimmerman. That would be self defense and entirely justified. Either way Zimmerman's "injuries" were never anything other than scratches and he never sought out medical attention for the "injuries". An unimposing kid carrying skittles, tea, and talking to his girlfriend isn't consistent with someone who's going to attack a much larger individual. Looking at all the facts, and seeing all the testimony of witnesses, it appears that Zimmerman doesn't have a leg to stand on.
