Okay here's the factual version: Zimmerman chased down Trayvon after being repeatedly told not to; shot and killed him. Not sure what point you are trying to make by claiming I have used disputed facts. Or did you want me to twist the story with Faux News "facts" and attempt to paint Zimmerman in a better light?
There is one other piece of critical evidence that I haven't seen. Does anyone know if it has been determined if Martin was shot in the front, back or side?
The reason Martin was "tested" for drugs was because it was part of an autopsy. Presumably the reason Zimmerman was not was because in the judgement of the police did not exhibit any signs of being drunk/high.
Man, even if it were only this. This completely boggles my mind. 1. A 17 year old boy is killed with a gun in a gated neighborhood. The police know exactly where the body is and exactly who shot him. 2. A 17 year old boy goes missing in the exact same neighborhood. In fact, his mother's home is in this neighborhood. 3. It takes three days before the body is identified. WHAT? In what solar system does this make any rational sense at all?
That's a troubling fact. On the other hand, why didn't the family contact the morgue? Granted that's a terrible thing to contemplate doing, but I still wonder why they didn't do that. Also, there was a report of the shooting in the news the next day. Once again, why didn't the family call the police to make an inquiry?
Is that routine among all autopsies? If a nice white family gets gunned down by a black thug, do they all get tested for drugs as part of the autopsy? I find it strange that the drug tests are not mentioned in shootings of other innocents.
Ok, WESH reported the vague details of the shooting at about an hour after it happened. I would think that if one has a teenage son who is missing and the TV is reporting a shooting in the very same gated community where he lives, then why would one not call the police?
Generally when a death by violent means occurs whether it be from a criminal act, suicide, or say an extremely unusual manner it will generally trigger full forensic autopsy which can include both and internal and external examinations and can include other various tests such as a histology or toxicology. It is fairly common procedure for most states but it can vary from state to state as well as to what the parameters are that can trigger a full forensic autopsy but generally when violence is present that is a universal trigger. You never know what kind of twists and turns an investigation is going to throw at you such as instances where those that appear to be innocent (in this case deceased) victims in a crime actually are complicit in that crime and it is helpful to know the full extent of the cause of death and any other forensic evidence that can be gathered from the deceased via a full forensic autopsy as it can help you get through those twists and turns by providing the necessary evidence when a case gets complicated. Just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean it hasn't taken place.
Some of you are going to end up bigtexxxing yourselves. The kid lives in miami gardens, a black suburb of miami/ dade county. He was over his father's fiancee's house in the gated community of sanford, a suburb of Orlando. His dad called his cell, that night but Tray didn't answer, the next day his dad filed a missing person's report. Then the police told him his son was dead. Tray doesn't live in Sanford, and because of that GZ questioned him, like it was 1860 "what are you doing here" . According to GZ's friend and neighbor if Trayvon would have answered appropriately none of this would have happened.
Do we have any evidence that they didn't?? You seem to assume the cops did and would do everything right. You assume that if they called, they would have been given accurately information. I do not make that assumption. Rocket River
Interesting, are you in the field? Do they normally test the shooter for the presence of stimulants or other narcotics?
This type of bs comes about when the Police don't do what's right . http://http://blog.chron.com/hottopics/2012/03/new-black-panthers-offer-10000-bounty-for-trayvon-martin-shooter/
