who'd thunk that before the season starts?

With Bear &Camby, the center position more than holds its own. Parsons Lee Bud have the wings covered, evenwith Martin out. Dragon has been stellar when starting. And I assume Lowry will be back any day now.

Our PFs, on the other hand, have been disappointing to say the least.

Chandler has been great for a rookie, but it's still our weakest spot.

Yes. Scola's efficiency and rebounding are down and his defense still stinks. Pat has taken a step back. Also not much upside between those two... Pat will get better but he tops out as a roleplayer.

Unless Motiejunas is ready to step in and be better than either of those guys I hope Morey guns for a PF first and foremost.

Upgrading Scola isnt a must. Upgrading Bud is. Parsons will keep improving but he needs a solid backup.

Imagine if we had Kahwi and Parsons.

SF is pretty weak because Morris did not develop fast....
SG because Kevin Martin is inconsistent as hell and dealing with injuries.. Courtney has been solid but is not close to an Allstar yet.

PF is kinda solid ... Scola and Patterson once with an offseason workout will be fine .... and maybe we pick someone like Sullinger....

    Parsons backup is Lee.

When Lowry comes back...Lowry/Lee/Parsons/Dragic should gobble up all the perimeter minutes.

Would've been nice to have a Jordan Hill type player coming off the bench to rebound and defend, especially in the Power Forward role (his natural position). Just saying....

I was thinking the same thing earlier today. I would agree that PF is our weakest position. I'm disappointed in Patterson's development in terms of offense and rebounding. Scola is what he is. Probably would be better suited as a reserve.

McHale needs to light a fire under Patterson, he looked worse than Jordan Hill out there

With Martin and Lowry out our weakest position is our bench. Bud, Morris and PPat are not really helping at all. However Camby is a delight to watch.

Losing Martin to injury really hurt. He could drop 30 on any given night.

Moteijunas is the future at PF. PPat should be traded for whatever. Scola performs at a reasonable level. He is expensive so he will be difficult to trade.

Camembert can be signed next season for a very reasonable price. They are performing very well.

Only having 2 guards with Lowry and Martin out is currently a killer.

From my understanding he blew his shoulder out on 3/12. The 5 games before that he averaged 29+ PPG. The five games after that he averaged 8 PPG.

I am not talking about this.... It was reported that he said... he does not care where he plays... if he is traded- he knew Morey was trying to move him-
I admit it is tough but it is not he is leading us somewhere.... He should go to the Thunder, Bulls or wherever he is a better fit.
From his very passive play you can tell he wants to be here sometimes but other games he just doesn't want to give effort any more.
