If I bought tickets online from the Rockets website and wish to transfer them to someone else, do I just call the box office to do so? Wish Flash Seats worked for anybody...
doesn't Flash Seats charge a transaction fee? if you are able to leave them at the Box Office all the person needs is an ID to pick them up
One trick Ive found is that if the tickets were bought by say your wife, or something and you are the one going, you can just add a credit card number to the online account that the tickets were purchased with and get in with that credit card. If the tickets are being transferred to a friend you dont trust or a stranger you def. should just call the customer service line to get them to transfer the tickets for you.
The box office might do it as a favor but their policy is not to do it. I don't think there is a fee to transfer flash seats.
