Saw story that related to what we are talking about here. Florida guns laws and how citizens have the right to bear arms and defend themselves. In 2010 a tragic event happened where two men got into a confrontation at a park leaving one man dead. A complete travesty. I saw the gun. I heard it go off." At one point, the operator asks the skateboarder the victim's name. That is when he starts speaking to James' daughter. My position is consistent in both cases. The facts that are known to me say "guilty" in both cases, regardless of the skin color of the killer and the victim(s). I don't think self-defense is a valid justification in either case, if the facts are as we know them now. But I wouldn't call anyone a murderer who disagrees. I might be in disbelief that someone else doesn't see it, but it doesn't make me angry at them.
It is a hypothetical which you use to assassinate their character. Since it is a hypothetical, it is irrelevant whether they actually own a gun. Serious question - how old are you? Just curious. You seem to have some cognitive difficulties. Perhaps it is due to age.
