This dude was looking for trouble. Unless trayvon was walking around with a tv in his arms, I don't see how he could seem suspicious. Do what every person does when a black person is walking by, lock your car doors and drive along. Zimmerman needs to be arrested and taken to trial. However, if you strictly follow the law, Zimmerman's murder was legal since feeling threatened is rather subjective.
if he felt threatened why did he follow him in the first place? plus this was against the advice of authorities. he sized up the kid and felt that he can take care of him and didn't feel threatened.
If he's found innocent for criminal charges, is it likely that the family will pursue a civil charge a la OJ?
