Everytime Sanchez has a bad game - which will be often - the calls for Tebow are going to be ridiculous. This has all the makings of a disaster.
I agree - but Sanchez seems to have a major confidence problem as-is, from what we've been told. The Jets paid him ridiculous money when they didn't need to just to give him confidence and to establish him as the leader, it seems. If that's the case, how is he going to handle it when the boos rain down and the chants for Tebow grow? Or if Tebow comes in and does good things while he struggles? Or when the team rallies around Tebow in a way they don't around him? You just paid your non-franchise-QB franchise-QB money to give him confidence, and then you bring the biggest circus in the NFL to back him up and screw with his head. I'm not sure what the end result will be, but it doesn't seem like it will end well for Sanchez.
On the good side, neither of their QBs can throw very well, so if they do replace Sanchez, they don't need to change the offense much.
This should go in the TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thread
No one will - or should - take Sanchez will the ridiculous contract he just signed. They are stuck with him.
