LOL, what are you smoking? Kobe is on most columnists' top 10 of all time list. He also won the player the decade when NBA ran an official vote on TNT last year. Nobody says he's GOAT. And how could he be overrated?

And LeChoke's most hyped player ever. BSPN are literally on his nuts just like you guys. Of course he's overrated compared to what he has achieved.

Malone had way better finals than LeChoke. Don't insult Malone.

From the posts I see you also ride Lebron's jock.

So don't you think that's a little hypocritical?

only flaw i have with kobe is his shot selection.

he gets accredited with making the "toughest shots" because he puts himself in position to take tough shots.

15 feet away from the basket
    pump fake
    2 defenders crowd on me
    still takes the shot

it's quite possibly the main thing that separates himself from jordan but other than that he's in my top 10 dead or alive.

Never shot over 50% from the field in his career. The SG version of Elvin Hayes

Kobe is a Top 20 player of all-time, just not Top 10. just outside of the Top 15, that could change this year, but based on season... probably NOT

Kobe could end the season at 40-41%fg at this rate. Dude needs to cut down his shot attempts. He's not what he once was. He's leading the league in scoring b/c he's taking a whopping 23-24 shots a game for 28-29 points.

Mike Brown's rotations are horrible. First of all, take Kobe out if he's stinking it up...More importantly, only play McBob and Murphy in certain matchups, and give more min to Hill, Barnes, and Sessions, who along with MWP should anchor the second unit.

I like the way we hustled out there. LETS GO ROCKETS GET THAT SIXTH SEED

I am convinced one of Kobe's major goals this season is to win the scoring title. It is so obvious that if he shot less, the Lakers would benefit. He knows it. Everyone knows it. He's wearing down as the season progresses.

Lakers lost this game, as soon as they took the ball out of Ramon Sessions hands

The same reason we won the OKC game... Instead use Harden and Westbrook

No matter what it comes down to, we all know Kobe has an extremely high usage rate and takes many shots per game. He isn't efficient, but he gets you buckets. Only one thing matters though; he will win you more games than he will lose you, especially in post-season.

from a much higher volume of 2's, and he was a worse ft shooter, leading to very similar TS%'s, look I'm not saying Kobe is as good as Jordan, I just find it amusing that people are comparing almost identical output as the tail end of Jordan's 'real' career (see 28 points on 23 shots) as a reason he's an inefficient chucker.
