You can buy them online as another poster pointed out (secondhand, but you pay a little upcharge). But no, I don't believe you can go to the store yourself and buy it without a membership. The ones in Houston only accept Cash, Check, Debit or AMEX still. And I'm not entirely sure about Debit, either.
So you want someone, who more than likely, doesn't know you, to drive through bad weather to meet you at Costco so you can save a bunch of money, and you aren't even willing to give them $20 for their time? You sound like a big mooch.
You might have better luck hanging outside your local Costco and asking someone if you could tag along with them and offer $10-20. Chances are... they might even belong to Clutchfans. I got the same Costco deal last week for the same reason and hooped yesterday for the first time in 2 years. Feelz good man.... So much so I'd help you out but I don't live in H-town.
Well I figure someone is going to go to Costco, may as well tag along. Meet a fellow bbs'er. Or maybe someone in the spring branch/memorial area can help. Not asking anyone to drive across town or anything haha I was thinking about hanging around Costco and randomly asking a person.. But I'll see what pops up before doing that. Ebay has it for 370 but i have the itch to ball asap so I'd rather do it locally and not wait for shipping
Seriously. He says he doesn't want to pay the memberhip fee but a costco membership is like the greatest thing ever. I love shopping there. The savings more than makes up for the small fee on things you need and buy any way.
No kidding. I bought some Klipsch HD Theater 500 5.1 surround speakers for my living room at Costco that retailed at Best Buy for $600, got them for $300. I saved $500 on my Sony 55" HX800 display off the best price in town anywhere else. Heck, I save hundreds there every year without trying, more often on more mundane things. Membership is well worth it if one isn't too far away, in my opinion. My life improved when they opened one out in Southwest Austin. Great deals on vino and beer! :-D- True, you never know what they really have in the store until you walk in. You really can't go by what their site says for your local store, although you can call and ask about something. If you see a great deal, you just have to jump on it. You also have to use debit, cash, or American Express debit or credit. (damn... they should pay me for that!)
Because I live in austin for the most part. The Costco in austin is far from me and i have everything else I need. Most of the food I eat is free.
Are you a high school kid or a college student. If not man you got some never coming up in this sacred place and posting this jabroni riff raff asking people to do you favors.
Right here. I'm free to meet up today. 4-4:15 good with you? Also, if it makes you feel any better, my dog is having emergency surgery today, so your cash will be going straight to the vet.
lol if i was free, i'd help someone out. it doesnt matter if this place is sacred. if your roody poo candy ass cant help, dont post. easy.
