    QFT.

Everything pointed out to you for being a bigot you deferred it all. "The Black", the Kobe Bryant example. You just don't give a **** about that kid. I'm not a person who wishes a person ill a lot, but you're one of those people I wish somebody could just punch you in the head. Preferably me.

Initially I was thinking that this guy should be prosecuted on manslaughter charges ... now I'm thinking this is full blown murder 1 and he should be facing the death penalty, especially after hearing the girlfriend's testimony. And the "effing coons" comment, combined with his history of 911 calls about young black men should be sufficient for the Justice department to prosecute this as a hate crime.

Also, I think you have to be a sick and depraved person if you cannot see that a law that permits a person to accost at will someone they don't like who is completely unarmed, shoot them dead, claim self-defense and walk free is unjust. This "stand your ground" law is an atrocity, perversion of justice and a blight on any state that carries it.

Black man won't get this right....he might hold Zimmerman accountable for his actions. Can't have that happen right?

Or will the Black Eric Holder be BIAS and see this case as a hate crime even though there is SOOOOOO much evidence that suggest Zimmerman's precious innocence.

I think there should definitely be charges involved with this kid at this point, but what they are is unclear to me and I think many of you are overreacting without knowing the facts.

This is largely conjecture. For all we know he called the kid a racial slur and then followed him hoping to harass him with no intention to actually harm him. That would change what charges would stem from this.

The report says he had a bloody nose and blood coming from the back of his head. What happened? Did he get knocked down and Trayvon began hitting him on the back of the head? It would still be Zimmerman's fault for provoking the incident, but that's no longer murder.

Let me be clear. I'm not defending Zimmerman, nor am I siding with Bigtex in this, but I think you guys have gone too far to the opposite. A result that is common when Tex or Basso starting taking a position. Be rational and logical. Zimmerman clearly has blame in this death, blame that is criminal. Whether it amounts to murder is nowhere close to being clear from what we've learned thus far.

But the point is that he's not even arrested yet. Zimmerman has blame in this death and it's clear he provoked it. Whatever happened it should at least be on a manslaughter charge (like if he seriously thought Martin's icetea was a gun in his hoodie, but that is unlikely as they actually fought each other and was rolling around the grass in the first place). From what we learned we know that Zimmerman is 110% responsible for Martin's death and everything he did (and not Martin's) led up to that tragic shooting. The fact that he's not even arrested at the moment is what is infuriating.

Well there should definitely be charges of some sort in my mind, I just don't know what they would be. I won't pretend to be a legal expert in here and tell you that this crime meets the definition of manslaughter under Florida law. How would I know that?
