Why wouldn't he have a right to pursue? Even the police chief said that he did have that right. I'm still waiting on more details of what happened between the confrontation and the shot. Why did Zimmerman have a bloody nose? Did Martin attack Zimmerman? It's not fully clear yet.
We know it was Zimmerman who provoked Martin, according to the girl Martin was talking to on the phone when the confrontation happened. Who gives a **** if he punched Zimmerman in the nose, that's not good enough to shoot a kid. Boom.

You should concentrate on the facts of the case instead of making baseless acusations of racism, then your argument would hold more weight. The facts speak for themselves, regardkess of the skin color of either the victim or the killer.
What evidence do we have this was racially driven? How does this one single incident lead you to believe that we're not in a post racial America?
FIYA. Racism exists in the black community too where light skinned black people look down upon darker skinned black people. I think in a lot of culture people just find reasons to hate other people. I think george zimmerman was Hispanic. I think George wanted to play cop got his ass kicked and decided to shoot the kid.

If Zimmerman called Martin that, then it is indeed a racial slur. On the same level as Damion Laverne's racial slur used earlier in this thread.
It's clear you will never admit guilt for Zimmerman....You know why? Because no one will ever know what happen between the confrontation and the shot. You have the missing facts between the confrontation and the shot....Doesn't matter that all the facts that came out leading from the phone call to the confrontation pretty much damns Zimmerman and proves he racial profiled the kid...pursued the kid...tried to detain the kid when all the kid did wrong was being black with skittles and a ice tea. Here you are hanging on trying to be a bootleg defense lawyer defending the guilty and all you're really doing is disrespecting a human life that deserves more than what you're doing. My emotions are fine.....they are where they are supposed to be. I have sympathy for that kid and his love ones that were devastated by an senseless act of racism. Someone with class and dignity would do the same and not play games on a message board trying to defend points by defending a murder. It's not politics man....you're not scoring extra points.
