Who can I see for more immediate (and long term) relief for this? I'm worried and really don't know what kind of doctor (or alternative practioner) can help me. Can't feel how hot or cold something is, the same fingers are still numb.

I saw a neurologist, but she was a headache specialist and didn't help me a lot a while back.

On my off-days, between 4-5 hours a day probably.

Brown hand center, they do many carpal tunnel procedures. I am pretty sure your median nerve is being pinched. If you can flex your wrist than most likely your median nerve is being pinched inside the carpal tunnel. Also wikipedia, Phalen's test to see if it is your carpal tunnel pinching the median nerve.
