I bet once season 3 starts to settle in, folks will complain about the group being on the prison too long, lol...
actually, it was quite possible. wasnt one car an SUV and the other a truck. Pretty sure they could've all fit in.
What bothered me about the finale was they clearly made it a point to show that the zombies followed loud sounds. Yet, no zombies were attracted by the first gun shot when Rick initially stabbed Shane and the gun went off. They only heard Carl's shot? Unlikely. Also, the zombies appear to follow their own line to whereever they think that sight or sound is going or comes from and don't deviate unless another sight/sound grabs their attention. Given that, it would seem quite easy to draw a horde to whereever you want. The fact is once the zombies moved through the farm following the sound/sights of the cars leaving...the survivors could have all just circled around and come right back to the farm after having waited a few hours after leading the zombies away and losing them. Farm is good to go again minus a barn. Not one zombie even went in the house the whole time. (I'm not sure where everyone went...but I was in the house drinking warm Budweiser the whole time. I know...you didn't see me cause I was being quiet and keeping my head down. But, I was there...with the black guy from New Orleans with the Heineken! lol) Several of the survivors could have just sat in there quietly and would have been fine. You could have had Daryll lead them away on his chopper. Big whoop. Instead, they decide to try to take them all out. How much ammo did they have? Not enough apparently but realized too late. Right... . Okay...I'm nitpicking. I know.
^^^ They should just take a not from the hooded girl. Wait a few hours, go back to the farm, and place zombies all over the barbwire fence making the farm smell like zombies.
I liked how he managed to be a dick to Carol even as he's saving her life. "Get on, I ain't got all day!"
I definitely enjoyed this finale! Much better than previous episodes except last few. Good zombie action! SMH at Lori. She prolly liked two men fighting over her and now it's just Rick so she's upset.
Anyone care to explain that disgusted look on Lori's face when Rick told her about what happened with Shane. She didn't seem to get disgusted until he told her that Carl shot zombie Shane. Then, he tried to touch her and she pulled off of him giving him a look that made it look like she was disgusted with Rick and acting like she didn't want to know him after that. Her reaction just didn't make sense to me for that moment. I believe on "Talking Dead", they said she was more disgusted with herself in that scene like "don't touch me...i'm disgusted with myself for sicking you on Shane leading to this outcome". It just didn't feel that way watching that scene. It felt more like she was disgusted that Rick was the one who came out on top instead of Shane. Or, she was disgusted with Rick that Carl was involved in any way. Anyone have any thoughts on that scene? Did her reaction feel right to you? Or, was it just bad acting on her part?
Lori won't last very long, the writers know what they're doing... Too bad you can't say that about Carl, he ain't goin anywhere...
I think it's stupid how she wants to try and shield him from the violence around him in the broken world that they live in. Might as well raise him to be able to defend himself. I say bravo to Rick for telling Lori everything.
I've given up hope of Tyreese being on the show. Not enough time to develop his character by this point, but who knows?
I loved the episode except for the fact that Carol lived. I wanted her to die. Lori and Carl may be more annoying but at least they are important characters to the main plot. Carol's only plot point was being the mother of the child that they spent so much time searching for. I wish they have would have killed her off and I really hope she and Daryl don't begin a relationship. By the way, it was cool that Daryl and Hershel were the only two who seemed to be on team Rick still. The whole mutiny didn't really seem to make sense. I What difference does it make that they are all infected? You die you die. LOL who cares? Also found it awesome that after they spent an entire season searching for Sofia they wouldn't even dare go look for Andrea. Haha!
that crowd wasn't even there when shane took that shot. they started going towards their way because of the helicopter sound.
I wonder how dark next season will get. Lots of pretty intense things that would be pretty dark for television.
