Tell me ONE THING you or ANY OTHER GM would have done better? Draft, FA acquisitions (Morey spends on worthy players like Marc). People act like getting a star in Houston is easy WITHOUT tanking. That is his job, and he did it, we got screwed. Then he did it again, but Howard didn't want to play 21 games in a Rockets uniform.

In this new NBA stars have to WANT to play for your team and it's not just about the money like before. It's harder for teams like Houston and Portland to jump to the next level because of max contracts, and cap constraints. The first star is the hardest to get. The second is easier, and the third is easiest IF the GM did a good job managing the cap.

I don't care if people want to dog Martin. He deserves it until he can return to what he was last year (that may be never).

Can't criticize the president of the USA because you are not the president.

i hate that argument. "he's better than you, so suck it" it's soo stupid and really flawed. yea, no $H1T martin is better than us at basketball. are movie critics movie stars? are food critics chefs? just because i'm not in the NBA, that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to criticize a player, that frankly sucks at the NBA level. martin get's payed millions of dollars to play basketball, does he deserve that money? i don't think so. he is hurting the franchise with his terrible play and that's all that matters.
