According to Tex if a white man kills a black kid, you need to have a 100 witnesses plus a video plus a signed affidavit by the killer, and still there will be doubt. What if the black kid was a thug or gangbanger, maybe he had it coming.

I'm not a lawyer in the state of Florida but it is definitely questionable what Zimmerman did.

A lot of people on here seem to be quite content with an incomplete set of facts, but 100% sure that Zimmerman did not act in self defense. Immature logic. Need to know what happened b/w the confrontation and the shots being fired. Nobody has provided that yet.
How about the phone call about the "guy wearing a white tshirt" being on top of somebody else? Looks like Zimmerman had the upperhand there. A few people on here who can't seem to grasp facts and needs to disappear. I'll call Zimmerman up maybe he'll deal with you too.
In other words, there will never be enough evidence for you. Understood. You know, I agree with you about getting enough facts together before coming to a decision. I don't venture into the D&D forum often but after seeing your replies here it makes me understand why people lambaste you but I wonder why they even attempt to keep arguing with you? The cadre of back slapping liberals around here are equivalent to a "laugh track" on a sitcom. When the liberals pile on and claim they've defeated me, it serves as evidence to the gullible that they have in fact defeated me, much in the same way the "laugh track" convinces viewers at home that an otherwise lame joke is funny. Let me be clear -- I've humiliated many in this thread using sound logic and exposing their immature thinking and biases. I would hope that this serves as a lesson to others -- don't JUDGE until you hear both sides of the story, and all the facts. We do not yet have all the facts in this case.

What other side is there to tell? You can hear Martin crying for help. That doesn't sound like an attacker to me. It also goes against what the police were saying.
Wow it truely can't be this easy. Well here it goes.... Nor do any of us know if self defense really was a factual reason to shoot a child. So the fact is, there is a dead child, a man reported who was on top of that child, a shot with pleading for help, and a second shot which killed the child. According to your logic anyone can claim self defense as means to justify murder.
Thanks for posting this. Sounds like this overzealous ******* murdered the kid. The kid was yelling for help, then got shot.

I seriously don't see how anybody can listen to that second call and honestly think Zimmerman was acting in self-defense... He hasn't even been arrested yet?
