You compensate for that at another position. I.e., Mbah a Moute who had 17rebs 8off 9def. Who is a defensive stopper. You make sure you aren't giving up major point differentials elsewhere. Same situation we have with Martin. You can't tell me we are a better team come playoff time without his scoring even with him being a liability defensively.

 

I wanna see Martin trying to outgun Westbrook in the playoffs for the lol's

 

I will say that Monta Ellis does always look to play hard for the team. He gives his body up and plays the most minutes in the NBA.

I think the fans appreciate that.
