This was the key move. I think losing Eric Winston and Mike Brisiel and replacing them with Rashad Butler and Antoine Caldwell isn't much of a drop off. Kubiak knows his offensive lineman.
And everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Looks lie the organization may have been playing it smart all along. They wouldn't be able to sign everybody so they set their priorities.

Thank goodness. I doubt it's a coincidence that this happened right after Brisiel. They were probably trying to work both out but Mike just got too good of a deal to counter.
