    This just proves Memphis Grizzlies fans know more about basketball than Rockets fans do. We already knew this, this just confirms it.

    If J'Covan goes off and scores efficiently, Longhorns win. If he shoots his 6 for 25, they lose.

    I just want to say that if the Memphis Tigers don't go to the final four this year that a lot of that will be due to Josh Pastner. The tigers have extremely good talent, as good as just about anybody in the tourny, and it's going to come down to coaching.

    If they get bounced by St. Louis this is going to be bad for the wunderkind.

    Too reliant on J'Covan. I don't understand why McClellan can't cut some more and either pick and pop or get to the basket.

    Kabongo was the most overrated HS prospect in America. A 5-star... really? He's undersized, can't shoot, and has questionable decision-making skills.

    who is top 10 in offense and defense in the entire country in this toury? One of them is Memphis.

    Memphis was overrated from the start of the season. They haven't really made their case through the season much either that they belong with any of the elite teams.

    they were overrated, I agree.

    And I also agree that they haven't proved anything this year so far, if beating the ranked teams is the criteria.

    However, they were a dumb play by Joe Jackson away from beating gtown. that first game on a neutral court should have never went to overtime.

    They beat Xaiver, Belmont, and Smiss, all in the tourny.

    The tigers have gotten better as the season went along.

    I think people just had high expectations for them with the talent that they have and it hasn't fully worked out.
