Lakers lost, you can't sit on a cold bench.

you underestimate GW's talent. Deron, has another target that defends and rebounds. they are banking on having D.Howard/G.Wallace/D.Williams trio, that would be really nice.

    The Nuggets.

The Wizards give up two of the most awful players in the NBA for a top big man in Nene.

Did you look at the contracts? Nene is blatantly overpaid, injury-prone and old. McGee and Young are young, valuable, have good upside and their contracts are a joke because they are low and will expire after this season(McGee with option). They took on huge money for a guy that never plays 82 games and won't help them at anything(no playoffs in sight), neither doesn't fit in the role of a rebuilding team.

Trade in McGee for a used car before he becomes a royal b;+ ยข& as an RFA worth a fraction of what he thinks he can get.

Not a great move, but a fair one.

Except Dwight's not coming, Deron is leaving anyway, and Wallace can opt out if he wants.

I'd be excited as a Nuggets fan. Some decent coaching and a winning environment will go a long way for a guy like McGee.

McGee is garbage. He is a gifted athlete, that is it..... he has horrible fundamentals, his work ethic has long been questioned, he lacks basketball IQ, is not too concerned about winning and wants $14,000,000 a year... oh and yes, he is a terrible system defender. The good think for Denver is they get out of the Nene contract.
