Owner wants to make the playoffs; win the title.

Fisher may get bought out before suiting up.

Camby will take on Hill's minutes, with better defense and more consistency.

Is Fisher going to play a game with the Rockets or not?

I really like that Patterson will be able to play the 4 a lot more instead of out of position at the 5 as he's been doing a lot recently.

You know that New Jersey loved this move, and the Twill trade bites us in the booty.

Camby is a smart paint-patrolling defensive big man and he is very happy to be here. He is a great pickup to ensure playoffs this year. Scola/Pat/Dalembert/Camby solid all around frontcourt.

He's actually playing better as a 5 in the smallball lineup.

Is Charles Oakley still available? I heard that he can rebound, defend, shoot the mid-range jumper, and he's an enforcer!

I like what he does with the small ball lineup. He's extremely mobile and active. But at least when the Rockets need to go big they have a true backup 5 instead of trying to get Patterson or Hill to do it.

I watched him last night, except for a flagrant 2 after losing 30 points, he didn't do anything.

Portland is in disarray at this point, fired Mcmillan, Gerald as good as gone ....
We have great chemistry on this team. It is easy for him to buy in the winning mentality.

He rebounds better than Sammy D, even at this point of his career.

They didn't trade for another guard so I'd say yes

Bad fundamentals, we had a few of the best big man coaches, and a BIG TIME TOP 50 NBA player to work with him,..... that could not get him going. What will? Waste of time and space.

Let me put it this way, I really liked him long long time ago, when he was in Toronto, New York. Not so many years later.

I really liked Tyson Chandler long long time ago, and still like him, but not for 12 million.

When TMac and Yao were a force, we didn't bother to get anything better than JH or Bowen. After TMac went down, we got Luis, who has been great. But too late.

This trade could have been great, say 7 years ago.

We lost a second rounder right.... did not lose anything special, did not gut our team for rentals or players that does not want to win here.....
We gained 10+ rebounds and 2 blocks a game.
